Our Pigeon Proofing Methods

- Bird Netting Systems - these can be used to protect against any urban pest species. Vermatech Pest Control ensure that all Bird Netting Systems are fitted properly, with the correct size mesh for the species of bird in question. This type of bird proofing guards against even the most persistent birds in heavy bird pressure sites. We can fit Bird Netting Systems both horizontally (to enable the exclusion of bird pests from open areas - i.e. walls and courtyards) as well as vertically (to bird proof the front of large buildings for example). A combination of both horizontal and vertical Bird Netting Systems can also be used to protect installations on the roof of buildings (e.g. air conditioning units).
- Point Systems - these can be used to protect your premises against pigeons and gulls, working as a deterrent which relies upon upward pointing wires or spikes which deter the birds. Many different types of point system products are available. Point Systems are usually stuck in place using silicone adhesive but an alternative to this is to secure them with suitable screws.
- Wire Systems - these are a cost-effective bird deterrent method which is extremely versatile. Wire Systems have been used for many, many years to keep pigeons and gulls away from buildings. They are able to adapt to fit almost any building type or architectural feature.
